Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[68Ga]Ga-NOTA-CD70 antibody fragment is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent developed by Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It consists of an antibody fragment specific for CD70, conjugated with the NOTA chelator and labeled with the positron-emitting radioisotope Gallium-68 (68Ga). CD70 is a transmembrane protein and a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily that is highly expressed in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) but has restricted expression in normal tissues. This imaging agent is designed for use with PET/CT or PET/MR to detect, stage, and monitor RCC by targeting the CD70 protein on tumor cells, providing a molecular imaging tool to assess tumor burden and expression levels.
